The Mirror Image Beauty Shop has sold to Kim Frame and her new pizza shop will be located there.

Rumor has another Jackson police officer retiring.

The Jackson postmaster put a letter in our post office boxes that our mail must have the right P.O. Box number on it or it will be returned. I think this is unfair! Most people sending you a graduation announcement, baby or wedding shower invite, know where you live, but not that you have a PO Box nor it’s number. Whatever happened to the motto, “The mail must go through!” Our Maytag rebates say no P.O. boxes, just your address where the appliances are. Also, life insurance checks go to the deceased address with the beneficiary name on the envelope. When my Sweetie Bill passed, we both had P.O. Boxes. I asked the postmaster to put it in my box and he told me if he saw it, he would return it as that wasn’t my address. Thank God he didn’t see it! Errrrr!

Marilyn and Carl Eisnaugle are moving to Florida. Marilyn has transferred to the Brookville Veterans Hospital.

Congrats to Trevor and Kaitlin Leonard who were married recently.

I got a new niece on Wednesday morning. Abagail Grace Perry weighed six pounds and is 19 inches long. Parents are my brother Jake and wife Nikki Perry.

My mom, Irene Perry, really enjoyed her 88th birthday party. Her great-great grandson, Elijah, was fascinated with her sparkling crown. He told her she was pretty as a princess, and when he wanted to talk with her, he would say, “Princess! Princess! I need to talk to the Princess!

Leah Dorsey, Steve Haley, and Sharon Allen, and Karen Perko doing well after serious surgeries.

Keith Williams Sr., owner of Williams Trash Service, was assaulted and is in ICU needing prayers. Someone will do his trash pick up. Text or call 740-418-6990 or stop in Montgomery Machine Shop and give name account is under-address-and typical day of pick up.

Shannon Hall had hip replacement and needs your prayers.

Thoughts to ponder: A son said to dad, “we’re having a small get-together at school.” Dad asked, “Who all will be there?” Son replied, “Just you, me, and the principal!”

Another thought: Having kids is like having little broke friends who think you are rich.
