JACKSON — As part of the Ohio Department of Transportation District 9’s Planning Department, the district’s environmental office is seeking public input for the rehabilitation of two culverts in Jackson County as part of a larger district-wide culvert rehabilitation project.

In accordance with CDC regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Brown-Zaleski alumni banquet will not be held this year. The Brown-Zaleski Alumni Association hopes to see attendees next year, the second Saturday in June.

Executive Committee meetings for South Central Job and Family Services will be held on a monthly basis. Meetings shall be held on the last Wednesday of each month. The November meeting will be held the previous Wednesday due to the holiday.

Pursuant to the Public Meetings Act, the president of the Vinton County Local Board of Education has scheduled an emergency special meeting on Saturday, May 16 at 10 a.m. at the Vinton County High School cafetorium to discuss the graduation plans and date of the Class of 2020.
