‘Parade of Masks’ held in Oak Hill

OAK HILL — The Oak Hill Festival of Flags committee brought back the “Parade of Masks” following trick or treat on Saturday, Oct. 30, in the Village of Oak Hill. Prizes were given in five categories, and there was no cost to participate. The winner of the Most Unusual Costume went to Hadley House as Rick Flair, the winner of the Scariest Costume went to Myah Bowen as Pennywise Girl, the winner of the Prettiest Costume went to Oaklynn Davis as Rapunzel, the Best Overall Costume went to Odessa Moore as Wednesday Addams, and the Queens’ Choice went to Hayzel Cannon as Madeline. Each winner received a $20 gift cards sponsored by an anonymous donor.
