IRONTON — Oak Hill worked incredibly hard this season to not only turn the program completely around, but bring some hardware to its hallway.

Although the hardware part fell short, it most definitely accomplished the goal of turning the program 180 degrees.

The Oaks battled and fought for five sets on Saturday, but saw its season end against Ironton 25-23, 20-25, 25-20, 20-25 and 10-15 in a Division III sectional final.

Caitlyn Brisker led the Oaks with a team-high 20 kills, four digs and a pair of aces. Chloe Chambers had 13 kills as well as two aces while Baylee Howell dished out 44 assists.

The Oaks, who end their season with an 8-15 record, say goodbye to four seniors: Brisker, Abby Meldick, Peyton Miller and Kylee Myers.
