JACKSON — The Ironmen were shut out against Miami Trace on Monday, April 22 as Jackson dropped a Frontier Athletic Conference game at home.

Drew Bragg pitched a solid game for Jackson, but got little help from the offense. He threw six innings of two-run ball, striking out three and walking two (giving up just three hits). Landon Erwin pitched a scoreless seventh for the Ironmen.

Miami Trace kept Jackson off the board, though, and scored all four runs in the first inning.

Logan Massie reached base all three of his plate appearances for Jackson, recording two singles and a walk. Erwin had the other single for Jackson.

With the loss, Jackson fell to 9-10 overall and 2-6 in FAC play.
