JACKSON — The Jackson Police Department was seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing juvenile from Jackson Thursday afternoon, but the juvenile has since returned home.
The missing juvenile was Madison R. Dixon, 16.
Dixon reportedly left her residence on Monday, Jan. 6, 2020, with a Shawn Hysell. Police reported that she had not been in contact with her mother and had not attended alternative education that she is enrolled in since last week.
Dixon’s mother believed her daughter was likely to be in the Wellston area. She was entered as a "missing/runaway" into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) system.
The Jackson Police Department reported that Dixon's mother told authorities that her daughter returned home on Thursday, Jan. 9, just before 2 p.m.
